PCED organizes and sponsors appropriate forums to provide the proper venue for researchers to present, discuss and disseminate their research findings to various agencies and institutions, especially the policymakers. The forums also delve on issues that may not be part of a completed/ongoing PCED study but are otherwise critical components of the country's overall development thrust. By focusing on these issues, the Institute is able to immediately respond to the growing demands of the concerned sectors even before it actually undertakes a comprehensive study.
